This sliding screen door roller assembly insert has a thinner high density polyethylene frame than the B 646. It has an adjustable high density polyethylene inner housing and high density polyethylene roller. The assembly inserts into the bottom or top of the sliding screen door using the included screws. The roller adjusts to the correct position needed. This style is found on Columbia sliding screen doors but is also used on very many other screen door manufacturers. Please note dimensions and design when comparing with old roller. This roller assembly with M shaped tension spring with a 1 in high density polyethylene ball bearing roller is used by several patio door manufacturers. The heat-treated tension spring is 2-5/16 in L and shaped like an M giving it the tension needed by the screen door to slide properly. This sliding screen door corner assembly is used on Acorn Industries doors and several other manufacturers. It is an all-in-one corner and roller combination. It is made of stamped steel with an adjustment screw and center grooved high density polyethylene roller attached at the end of the bottom leg. The roller is 15/16 in Dia. The corner fits into the sliding screen door frame holding the bottom or top rails and the side stiles together.
