These self-priming transfer pumps are designed to easily transfer water from one point to another. Model PC2, 120 V transfer pump is great for household usage. Typical applications include removing water from waterbeds, clogged sinks, basements and more. Do not use PC2 in pool areas. The motors on both models PC1 and PC2 are non-submersible. Rugged cast iron construction, 3/4 in NPT suction and discharge, 10 ft power cord, built-in carrying handle. Includes brass garden hose adapters, suction strainer and an additional set of motor brushes. Uses drain water heaters, fill radiant heating systems, as a pressure booster, water transfer. Not recommended for use as a sprinkler pump. 8.4 A, pumps up to 25 gpm/1500 gph, 1 year warranty from Superior Pump. This self-priming portable utility pump is designed to be used as a transfer pump for such applications as emptying water heaters, livestock tanks and more. Pump can also be used for an intermittent pressure boost for applications such as washing cars, cleaning driveways and more. The motor is air cooled, it is not designed to operate under water.
